Small business in Russia is akin to the lottery-someone is lucky, while others become bankrupt. In the fall, on the eve of the St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum, which will take place in early October, experts recalled the mass liquidation of IP. Many analysts still remember shocking data for January alone this year, when more than 141 thousand. enterprises and firms ceased to exist due to an increase in insurance premiums. Of course, the government and interested parties claim that production companies were closed due to low profitability, and not due to changes in the legislation.
Recall that insurance premiums should actually increase by 2 times, while amounting to almost 32.5 thousand. rub. per year for self -employed. Is it a reasonable figure for small business? Definitely – no. However, the St. Petersburg Forum must once again prove this year that the authorities do not seek to destroy small enterprises. At the event, any businessman will be able to conclude profitable contracts with large companies. At least this is the forum organizers.
It is interesting that large Russian enterprises are interested in cooperation with small firms, but due to a lack of information, as well as the lack of various events at which it would be possible to directly conclude contracts, it is extremely rare to find optimal performers. Ensuring the meeting of suppliers and customers for the subsequent conclusion of mutually beneficial contracts is one of the main tasks of the event.
Of course, the Government of the Russian Federation evaluated the consequences from the spontaneous closure of enterprises at the beginning of the year – despite the fact that the Ministry of Labor was about to increase payments to 52 thousand. rubles. Naturally, for small business it is a solid amount. Not every Moscow trading company is ready to pay so much. And this despite the fact that on a common basis, the amount of payment is 112 thousand. rubles (the average indicator in the country).
The organizers of the forum hope that businessmen who have just opened their job or seek to expand the sphere of influence will be able to start cooperation with domestic companies, including Rostelecom, Vodokanal, St. Petersburg metro and many other giants of large business. It remains only to hope that by the end of the year the situation with small enterprises will change for the better, the government will not go to strict measures against entrepreneurs.
