Bermuda are located in the north-west of the Atlantic, 900 kilometers from the North American coast. Bermuda islands submit to the UK, but have independent internal control, their own currency, tied to the pound rate. Bermuda is 150 coral islands, of which are somewhat united by bridges and make up the main part of the country – Mainage Island. The descendants of black slaves live on the territory of Bermud, as well as immigrants from European countries. We also have inexpensive hotels in the Bermuda Islands. The island received their name in honor of the Spanish traveler Bermudes, who opened the archipelago at the beginning of the 16th century. Bermuda are characterized by soft subtropical climate, an abundance of unique natural places, thanks to which the rapid development of tourism became possible. The tourism sector brings the lion’s share of the income of citizens and the state, the banking sector, transport, shipyard, agriculture and fishing are also developed. Bermuda are at the intersection of the most important sea routes, so shipping is developed here. Interestingly, not far from the coast of Bermuda is the infamous Bermuda triangle.
