The end of the year is nearing and it is time to start knocking out the results over the past year and make plans for the future.

Than in fact this week I decided to do. And I advise you to act similarly.

The fact is that tracking the results and achievements carries tremendous benefits. And if you think that this process is not worth your attention and time, then you are deeply mistaken. Now I will explain why.

When it comes to personal growth or development of some individual, special qualities, it is very difficult to determine the progress or you are just standing still. Perhaps the only way to find out is to keep an accurate accounting of the results.

How this happens in my case? At the end of each year I take all my notes this year and begin to analyze. First of all, I gain the amount of the commission, which I managed to earn this year.

Your income should only increase every year!

This is the main general indicator of performance and professional growth. If earnings for this year are less than in the previous year, then something is wrong and something is pulling you down (fortunately this did not happen to me).

It is very important to understand what is the result of such achievements or vice versa. What affected the fact that your earnings grew up or vice versa fell.

How to define it? Good question. The fact is that this is impossible to do if you are not conducting accurate calculations of your work from the very beginning of the year.

I agree, not the most pleasant activity, but very useful, both in terms of motivation and in terms of tracking the development of personal qualities.

The results obtained may depend on anything. Let’s say at the end of last year, I was not very satisfied with my achievements. And after a thorough analysis of all my tables, I came to the conclusion that I have little to meet with “interested” people.

My reaction was that in the new year (in this) I tried to ask for recommendations from every person with whom I had to cross at work and not only. Thus, I managed to increase the number of twists, and this was reflected in the “quality of customers”.

In fact, if you have such a completed sign, at the end of the year you can make a lot of various discoveries: about yourself, about your qualities, and indeed to draw a picture of all your work for a year.

Analysis of its results at the end of the year became one of my most beloved lessons. Try a very exciting activity.
