Today, foreign real estate is rightfully considered one of the most profitable ways to invest in funds. This is confirmed by the increased demand for residential and commercial objects located in various countries, among which not only European.
So recently, the “jerk” of Turkey has been increasingly visible, which in 2010 has noticeably improved its indicators in the number of transactions with real estate objects. The tone is set by European investors – the British and Germans who buy up houses, apartments and villas in Turkish resorts. The Russians are not yet among the most active buyers, but experts say that Türkiye is still open to the influx of Russian capital in the real estate sector.
Who is trying to buy real estate in Turkey now, then to get dividends from it? Such customers can be divided into several types. The first type is buyers who are interested in the possibility of their own living in Turkey. Yes, this does not give such advantages as buying housing in Europe, but the prices of Turkish real estate are significantly different from European. The advantage of this approach is obvious – at a relatively small cost, you can not depend on tour operators and come on vacation to Turkey when you want.
The second category of customers – those who plan to make a profit from renting acquired real estate for rent. Of course, real estate in Alania and other popular tourist regions that do not lack tourists are optimally suitable for such purposes.
Profit from rent can not only recoup the costs of buying such housing, but also quickly bring the competent owner plus. For buyers with more serious financial capabilities, the option with an organization based on the purchased housing of the mini-hotel may well be acceptable.
Still others prefer to make long -term investments with the calculation for resale. Real estate specialists today consider Turkey to be Turkey almost the most promising market, so in a few years the objects purchased now can be sold for where much money can be sold.
An additional incentive can be considered the desire of Turkey to enter the European Union, to which the country’s leadership makes serious efforts. If this happens, it is possible that Turkish real estate will rise sharply in price.
